This position involves collaborating with sales leaders, understanding their needs, and implementing HR practices that enhance the overall performance of the sales team. Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:
• Collaborate with sales managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and facilitate the hiring process for sales roles.
• Onboarding and Training:
• Develop and implement onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring a smooth assimilation into the sales team.
• Coordinate and provide training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
• Performance Management:
• Work closely with sales managers to establish performance metrics and goals.
• Implement performance appraisal systems and assist in conducting regular performance reviews.
• Employee Engagement:
• Foster a positive work environment by organizing team-building activities and initiatives.
• Address employee concerns and proactively seek ways to enhance employee engagement within the sales department.
• Conflict Resolution:
• Mediate and resolve conflicts within the sales team, promoting a collaborative and constructive work environment.
• Policy Implementation:
• Ensure the consistent application of HR policies and procedures within the sales department.
• Keep abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on supporting sales teams.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant tools is a plus.
