Job Title: HR Manager Location: Dum Dum, Kolkata Salary: INR 15,000 - INR 25,000 : We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall administration of our human resources department, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, coordination, and interview alignments. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations
- Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
- Manage employee files and maintain accurate HR records
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Partner with senior leadership to identify and address organizational development needs
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles and practices, labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and applicant tracking systems
