Responsibilities
  • Overseeing & ensuring timely renewals of factory related Registrations .
  • Establishing HR Policies &Statutory Registrations: PF, ESI, LWF, LSG Bodies etc
  • Contracts: Manpower Outsourced services, licences.
  • Overseeing & monitoring the Employee Facilities i.e Cafeteria, Recreations, Accommodation Transportation etc
  • Employee Engagement & Wellness: Associate Events, Celebrations, Weekly Engagements, rewards etc
  • Performance Management, Employee Relations, Grievance Management & Counselling.
  • Overseeing the Liasoning with External Bodies
  • Compensations & Benefits: Salary Structures, Bonus, Revision, Promotions, Payroll
  • Trainings: Induction, Statutory Trainings, Safety, Monitoring Internal Trainings, POSH
  • Audits: Social Audits, Client Audits.
  • Planning & Implementing CSR Projects
  • HR Analytics: Productivity Metrix, TAT for associates, projections of manpower allocations.
Requirements
  • Qualification : MBA in HR
  • Experience \xe2\x80\x93 8-12 yrs. related experience or a person who is confident to handle this job role.
  • Good communication skill
Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb945,862.45 - \xe2\x82\xb955,737.28 per month Schedule:
