Proven 3 to 4 years of work experience in HR Generalist role
Experience in IT / ITES industry is a must.
Must have experience in the handling the entry to exit formalities of employees
Responsible for full spectrum of HR process including oversee hiring requirements, conducting background checks, Employee On boarding process & Induction.
Responsible for Record keeping, Performance Appraisals
Maintain leave record, Salary and attendance management
Responsible for all aspects of business travel of employees.
Should have knowledge in the basic payroll process
Ensure all documentation is up-to-date including the database of employees
Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Experience in coordinating Employee Engagement programs.
Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with people throughout the organization.
Strong interpersonal , listening skills and co-ordination skills.
