Job Description
Urgent Opening
- Proven 3 to 4 years of work experience in HR Generalist role
- Experience in IT / ITES industry is a must.
- Must have experience in the handling the entry to exit formalities of employees
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR process including oversee hiring requirements, conducting background checks, Employee On boarding process & Induction.
- Responsible for Record keeping, Performance Appraisals
- Maintain leave record, Salary and attendance management
- Responsible for all aspects of business travel of employees.
- Should have knowledge in the basic payroll process
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date including the database of employees
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Experience in coordinating Employee Engagement programs.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people throughout the organization.
- Strong interpersonal , listening skills and co-ordination skills.
- Should be ready to do Work from Office.
