Qualification MBA / PGDM in HR
Min Experience 10+ years in NBFC / Reputed Companies.
Age Not exceeding 45 years.
Location Kochi
Major Responsibilities
- Ensuring thorough, updated and practical knowledge of wage / labour rules and compliance guidelines PAN India.
- Training of personnel
- Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
- Monitor internal HR systems and databases
- Act as a consultant regarding policies and procedures
- Ensuring Statutory Compliance and regulations and submission of statutory returns
- Addressing queries on compensation, benefits, labour regulations etc.
- Recommend value addition for HR software
- Create detailed and analytical reports on HR
- Assess manpower needs and ensure availability of apt personnel.
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
- Recommend methods to improve Employer brand
