Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and exits
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
Oversee performance management processes and appraisal cycles
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, contracts, audits)
Partner with leadership on workforce planning and HR strategy
Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives
Manage training & development programs and learning plans
Maintain accurate HR records, MIS reports, and documentation
Act as a point of contact between management and employees
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Min 4+ years of proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR role
Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Experience in handling recruitment across multiple roles
Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Skills
Experience in IT / Startup / Corporate environments
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
