GCC EXPERIENCE MANDATORY- 1- 2 YEARS
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage the human resources function for a large-scale retail operation with 1,000+ employees across multiple departments and locations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end HR operations for 1,000+ employees
Manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce deployment
Ensure full compliance with Oman Labour Law, MOL systems, and local regulations
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and shift structures
Oversee performance management systems and employee appraisals
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and exits
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and internal controls
Coordinate training, development, and leadership programs
Manage HRMIS / ERP systems and generate MIS reports for management
Act as HR business partner to senior management

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Proven experience managing large workforces (1,000+ employees)
Strong knowledge of Oman Labour Law, contracts, and compliance procedures
Experience in retail / hypermarket / FMCG / hospitality sectors preferred
Hands-on experience with HR systems, payroll, and workforce analytics
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle high-volume operations in a fast-paced environment
