Key Responsibilities Human Resources (HR)
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, warning letters, and relieving letters
Handle payroll coordination, salary deductions, and HR compliance
Address employee concerns and maintain healthy employee relations
Implement HR policies, rules, and disciplinary procedures
Conduct performance reviews and staff evaluations
Administration
Assist in day-to-day administrative operations of the institution
Prepare and circulate official notices, circulars, and internal communications
Coordinate with teachers, coordinators, and staff for smooth operations
Maintain office records, files, and reports
Monitor fee collection updates, follow-ups, and reporting
Support management in scheduling meetings and preparing reports
Ensure discipline, punctuality, and adherence to institutional policies
Skills & Qualifications
MBA / Master's degree in HR or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of HR practices and labor policies
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Workspace
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
Strong organizational and leadership skills

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
