Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning
Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESI, Factory Act, Labour Laws, etc.)
Handle performance management systems, appraisals, and career development
Design and conduct training & development programs
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and HR records
Drive employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives
Formulate and update HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct
Act as a bridge between management and employees
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources
Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience (manufacturing preferred)
Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems, and MS Office

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
