HR Manager

to handle end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Handle employee relations, engagement, and retention Maintain HR policies, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance Support management in performance management and training initiatives Ensure smooth HR operations aligned with organizational goals

Requirements

MBA in Human Resources or relevant field 2-5 years of proven experience as an HR professional Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of HR processes and labor compliance Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
