Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Manage employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
Drive employee engagement initiatives and performance management
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices
Coordinate training and development programs
Support management in organizational planning and HR strategy
Requirements:
4-5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR role
Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Experience in manufacturing / automotive / FMCG sectors is an added advantage
