About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead their human resources function. The ideal candidate will have above 3 years of proven experience in HR management and a strong ability to align HR practices with organizational goals. This role requires a proactive leader who can foster a positive workplace culture, manage HR operations, and drive employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Design and execute training and development programs.
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Above 3 years of experience in HR management.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
