Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the organization's objectives.
Advise senior management on HR-related matters and organizational development.
Plan workforce requirements and succession planning.
2.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Oversee onboarding and induction programs.
3.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
Foster employee engagement and retention initiatives.
4.
Performance Management
Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in setting goals, conducting reviews, and providing feedback.
Identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations.

Training & Development
Plan and coordinate employee training, development, and leadership programs.
Support career development and succession planning.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits
Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
Ensure payroll accuracy in coordination with finance or payroll teams.
Manage employee benefits, leaves, and incentives.

HR Policies & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
Maintain up-to-date HR policies and employee handbooks.
Handle audits, inspections, and legal HR documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
8.
HR Operations & Reporting
Maintain data accuracy.
Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics for management review.
Manage HR budgets and administrative processes.
