Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with business goals
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes
Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, high-performance work culture
Oversee performance management cycles, appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and development plans
Supervise payroll operations and ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance
Plan and execute learning and development programs across the organization
Prepare and present HR reports, dashboards, and key metrics for senior leadership review
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred
5-8 years of relevant HR experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Experience in education, training, or service-based industries is an added advantage

Pay: ?95,000.00 - ?125,000.00 per month
