Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage the complete Human Resources function, ensuring effective people management, compliance, and organizational development. The HR Manager will align HR strategies with business objectives and build a high-performance work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
-Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and manpower planning.
-Manage employee relations, engagement, and performance management systems.
-Oversee payroll, statutory compliance, and labor law adherence.
-Design and execute training, development, and succession planning programs.
-Handle disciplinary processes, grievances, and conflict resolution.
-Develop compensation, benefits, and retention strategies.
-Provide HR analytics, MIS reports, and management insights.
-Act as a strategic partner to leadership on organization development and change management.
Required Qualifications:
-MBA / MSW in Human Resources or equivalent.
-5-8 years of experience in core HR roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position.
-Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
-Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
