This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in Kochi. The HR Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Responsibilities include developing hiring strategies, conducting recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee performance evaluations, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and labor laws. The HR Manager will also play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and implementing initiatives to promote employee engagement and professional development.
Qualifications
Human Resources Management skills, including experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
Knowledge of labor regulations, compliance requirements, and HR policies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns effectively.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to make informed HR decisions and suggestions.
Experience with HR software and systems for managing recruitment, employee records, and attendance tracking.
Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .
Previous experience in HR management within the design, architecture, or commercial development industry is a plus.
Proficiency in handling conflict resolution and employee development initiatives.
Ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment based in Kochi.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar role.
