About the Role:
We are an upcoming premium 4-star hotel in Edappally looking for an experienced HR Manager / Recruiter with strong hospitality industry experience to manage our HR operations and recruitment for all hotel departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment
Hire staff across all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Admin, etc.)
Implement HR policies and ensure statutory compliance
Handle onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and employee engagement
Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and labour compliance
Resolve employee relations and support management with workforce planning
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR
Hospitality / Hotel industry experience is mandatory
Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations & compliance
Excellent communication & leadership skills
Degree in HR / Business Administration preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
