The HR Manager at Posh Wedding Rental, is responsible for complete workforce management across all outlets, ensuring discipline, policy compliance, performance monitoring, and smooth operations. This role is execution-heavy, not desk-only, and directly impacts sales continuity, customer experience, and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Manpower Control
Plan and manage outlet-wise manpower requirements.
Handle recruitment for Sales Staff, Billing, Tailoring, Audit, Office roles.
Ensure no outlet operates understaffed at any time.
Manage replacements for resignations, terminations, and walk-offs.
2. Onboarding & Documentation
Issue offer letters, employment contracts, NDAs, bonds.
Collect and maintain employee KYC and records.
Ensure staff understands company rules, salary structure, and penalties.
Conduct onboarding orientation on SOPs and etiquette.
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
