Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for immigration sales and operations roles
Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and policy compliance
Oversee performance management, appraisals, and productivity tracking
Coordinate payroll, attendance, incentives, and full & final settlements
Ensure statutory compliance (EPFO, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments)
Liaise with consultants, auditors, and management
Eligibility
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
Minimum
10+ years of HR experience
(Immigration industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance
Experience handling sales- and process-driven teams

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
