The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Also acts as a strategic partner to management, fostering a positive work culture, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting organizational goals through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead all local HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance
management, and employee engagement.
? Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and plan hiring
strategies.
? Oversee statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and attendance management.
? Drive employee relations, grievance handling, and retention programs.
? Maintain HR records, policies, and ensure adherence to company standards.
Requirements:
? MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
? Strong knowledge of Indian & UAE labor laws and HR operations.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
? Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
