About the Role



We are seeking a strategic and experienced

HR Manager

to lead and manage all human resources functions, ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to organizational growth. The role includes overseeing recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, compliance, and HR policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities



Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, processes, and systems Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives Drive employee engagement programs and foster a positive workplace culture Manage performance appraisal cycles, feedback, and development plans Oversee payroll operations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Plan, coordinate, and monitor learning and development programs Prepare and present HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for leadership

Requirements



Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred 5-8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and industry best practices Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills Experience in education, training, or service sectors is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹95,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
