We are looking for an experienced and proactive

HR Manager

to manage and strengthen our human resources operations at our Royal Enfield showroom. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance, while building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for showroom staff (sales, service, admin, accounts, etc.) Employee onboarding, induction, and training coordination Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with accounts team Handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures Performance appraisal planning and execution Implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance with labor laws Maintain employee records and HR documentation Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives Coordinate with management on manpower planning and HR strategy Ensure a professional and positive work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Minimum

3-6 years of experience

as an HR Manager / HR Generalist Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills Experience in retail / automobile / showroom environment is an advantage

Preferred Profile

Female candidates preferred

Experience managing blue-collar and white-collar staff Local language proficiency (Malayalam) preferred
