We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations at our Calicut office. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in recruitment, payroll management, and statutory compliances, ensuring smooth HR processes and legal adherence across the organization.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Payroll & Statutory Compliances
Handle end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
Manage and ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, labour laws, and other applicable regulations.
Coordinate statutory filings, returns, audits, and inspections.
Maintain payroll records, statutory registers, and employee documentation.
Liaise with consultants, auditors, and government authorities as required.
2. Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle Non-IT / IT recruitment based on business requirements.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role specifications.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hires.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
