We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead end-to-end human resources operations and contribute to the organization's growth. This role is responsible for managing recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, compliance, and HR policy execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
Drive employee engagement programs and foster positive workplace relationships
Manage performance appraisal cycles, feedback processes, and improvement plans
Oversee payroll operations and ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws
Plan, coordinate, and monitor learning and development programs
Prepare and present HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required (MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred)
5-8 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and industry best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Prior experience in the education, training, or services sector is an added advantage

Pay: ₹95,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
