Vision School of Aviation is looking for an experienced and proactive
HR Manager
to manage and strengthen our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, and ensuring smooth HR functioning aligned with the institute's growth objectives.
Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources (Regular / Full-time only)
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant HR experience

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic roles
Manage onboarding, induction, and employee documentation
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
Oversee performance appraisals and employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
Maintain HR records, attendance, and coordinate payroll processes
Support management with HR planning and workforce development
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
Experience:
2-4 years (Required)
