The HR Manager will manage end-to-end human resources functions, ensure statutory compliance, support plant and site manpower requirements, and maintain effective employee relations across plant and project locations.
Handle recruitment for plant, site, and corporate roles
Manage bulk hiring for helpers, operators, drivers, technicians, and supervisors
Coordinate with manpower vendors and consultants
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation
HR Operations
Oversee attendance, shift rosters, leave, and payroll coordination
Maintain employee records and HRMIS data
Manage confirmation, transfers, and promotions
Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations
Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
Experience
6-10 years
of HR experience
Minimum
3-5 years
in manufacturing / construction / RMC industry preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
