About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced

HR Manager

to lead HR operations and support the company's growth. The role covers recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, compliance, and HR policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and processes Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development Drive employee engagement and maintain positive employee relations Oversee performance appraisals, feedback, and improvement plans Ensure payroll processing and statutory compliance Plan and track learning & development initiatives Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred) 5-8 years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills Experience in [education/training/services] is a plus
