Reports To: Director / CEO
Role:
Lead end-to-end HR operations including HR strategy, recruitment oversight, employee relations, performance management, payroll, compliance, learning & development, and HR reporting. Partner with leadership to align people practices with organizational goals.
Key Skills:
HR policies & labor laws | Leadership & communication | HRMS & payroll | Analytics & MIS | Confidential handling
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM-HR preferred)
5-8 years HR experience with 2+ years in a managerial role
Industry experience in education/training/services is a plus
