The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll coordination, training, and organizational development. The role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR practices with business goals while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Develop/Maintain and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with organizational objectives
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally
Oversee performance management systems and appraisal processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs
Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development
Maintain accurate employee records and HR MIS reports
Promote employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools
