We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR Manager to lead and strengthen our human resources function.
Qualification
MBA in Human Resources (Regular mode only - Distance education not accepted)
Experience
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant HR experience
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Handle employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards
Support leadership in building a positive and productive work culture
Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sound knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations
Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
