We are looking for a qualified and experienced HR Manager with minimum 5 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations and support organizational growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and exits
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Oversee performance appraisal and talent management processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management
Conduct training, engagement, and employee development programs
Maintain HR MIS reports and present data to management
Act as a bridge between management and employees
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager / Senior HR Executive
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of labor laws
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Recruitment & employee lifecycle management
Policy drafting and implementation
Payroll & compliance handling

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
