We are seeking a talented HR Manager to join our Back Office team and support our Human Resources department.
Requirements
Proven HR experience
Knowledge of HR procedures and employment laws
HR statutory compliance
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
Responsibilities
First point of contact for HR queries
Maintain personnel records and manage HR documents
Update and manage internal databases
Participate in recruitment and onboarding processes
Act as a liaison between HR department and external clients
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Provide general administrative support
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
