Position Summary
We are hiring an HR Manager with 1+ years of experience to oversee daily HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, documentation, and compliance. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-focused, and capable of managing HR functions independently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate recruitment, job postings, screening, and interviews
Lead onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new employees
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Handle employee queries, workplace concerns, and basic conflict resolution
Support payroll processing and manage attendance/leave systems
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements
Assist in performance review cycles and employee development programs
Organize employee engagement activities to support a positive work culture
Qualifications
Minimum
3 year of HR experience
Strong knowledge of HR operations and basic labor regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Experience with HR software/HRMS is an added advantage
