We are looking for an HR manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes, including job design, recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, training, and development.
Experience, Qualifications:
Qualification: MBA, BBA, Bachelor's Degree.
2+ years' experience in human resources preferably with experience in textiles/garment industry.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must have effective verbal and listening communication skills.
Must have the flexibility to work any shift as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Screening resumes, performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Performing reference and background checks.
Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
Completing timely reports on employment activity.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
