Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for all levels, from site workers to management, ensuring timely staffing for project needs.?
Manage employee relations, mediate disputes, and foster a positive work environment across dispersed teams.?
Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies; implement and monitor safety programs and training.?
Coordinate induction, skill enhancement, and certification programs for employees.?
Oversee performance management, appraisal systems, and disciplinary actions.?
Administer payroll, design competitive compensation packages, and manage employee benefits.?
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.?
Implement initiatives to boost employee engagement, retention, and productivity.?
Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports for management, and ensure data confidentiality.
