ZACKLE, a leading company in the construction field dealing with TOSTEM window systems, is seeking a strong and reliable HR Manager who can independently manage all HR activities in our Calicut office.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full employee life cycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding & orientation programs, learning & development coordination, payroll follow-ups, and off-boarding procedures. Formulate, review, and refine HR policies and standard operating procedures; ensure full compliance with labour regulations and statutory requirements. Support employee welfare and performance by managing employee relations, overseeing evaluations, addressing grievances, and administering disciplinary procedures when required. Ensure proper maintenance of HR data and documentation such as attendance and leave records, employee files, and digital HR databases. Partner with senior management and department heads to understand workforce needs and contribute to strategic HR planning and resource deployment. Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, support team-building programs, and promote a healthy and collaborative work culture. Generate and analyze HR dashboards & metrics, and manage day-to-day operations of the HRMS platform for efficient functioning.
Required Qualifications

MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory) Minimum 5+ years of HR management experience Strong knowledge of HR functions, labour laws, and compliance procedures Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills Ability to independently lead the HR department
Preferred Skills

Experience in construction/technical industry HR preferred Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools Strong people-handling and problem-solving skills
