PERGOLA is looking for a skilled HR Manager with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in HR and Administration. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of managing the complete HR cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Manage payroll, attendance, and employee records
Implement and monitor HR policies & procedures
Maintain employee relations and resolve workplace issues
Ensure statutory compliance and documentation
Coordinate training, appraisals, and performance reviews
Support the management in daily HR operations
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in HR/Admin role
Strong understanding of HR processes and labour laws
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
