will oversee and manage all human resource functions, ensuring smooth operations and a productive work environment. The role includes recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate must have
a minimum of 3 years of HR experience
with strong knowledge of HR processes and labour laws.
Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, and coordinate interviews.
Handle employee on boarding, induction, and documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
Oversee payroll coordination with accounts.
Implement and update HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Conduct employee engagement activities.
Monitor performance management and support appraisal processes.
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
Prepare HR reports for management review.
Support overall HR strategy and organizational development.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and HRMS tools.
