Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments and locations.
Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and attract top talent.
Oversee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
Lead university and campus hiring initiatives, building strong talent pipelines and strengthening employer brand visibility.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Plan and execute engagement activities, recognition programs, and HR initiatives to reinforce company culture.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns and fostering open communication.
Conduct employee feedback sessions and support retention and well-being strategies.
Performance Management
Implement and maintain structured performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and managing feedback cycles.
Identify training and development needs across teams and coordinate learning initiatives.
Policy & Compliance Management
Maintain and update HR policies, documentation, and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
Oversee the rollout and compliance of HR policies, ensuring alignment with company values and consistency across units.
Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and HRMS operations.
Prepare and present HR reports and analytics for leadership review.
Culture Building, Events & Leadership Support
Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture across the group.
Organize and manage all internal and external events across the Group with complete ownership and accountability.
Support leadership in strategic HR planning and organizational development.
Ensure standardized HR practices across all business units.
Requirements
Education:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in Fintech,Wealth Management industry
.
Skills.
Strong understanding of recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and HR management tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
