Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Oversee employee lifecycle activities such as induction, confirmation, appraisal cycle, and exit formalities.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and confidential information.
Manage payroll coordination, attendance tracking, leave management, and compliance documentation.
Address employee concerns, provide guidance, and support to promote a positive and productive work culture.
Design and execute training and employee engagement initiatives.
Monitor HR KPIs and prepare periodic reports for leadership teams.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
Support performance management and assist department heads in goal setting and evaluation processes.
Lead policy rollouts, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution professionally and fairly.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and HR software/tools.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
