Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition
(sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring) for technical and non-technical roles. Build and manage employee relationships to foster engagement and retention in a tech environment.
Drive HR initiatives with strong leadership.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Proven corporate HR experience (2-4 years minimum)
Experience working in an IT firm
or supporting a significant technical department.
Strong leadership qualities. Expertise in talent acquisition and employee relations

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
