Key Responsibilities



Manage end-to-end HR operations for all branches from the Thrissur office. Handle the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, attendance, performance management, and exit formalities. Manage monthly payroll for all branch employees, ensuring accuracy in attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and statutory compliance. Coordinate payroll approvals and finalize salary processing with the U.A.E HR team. Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and labor laws. Maintain accurate records, employee files, attendance systems, and databases for all branches. Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment. Support employee benefits administration, leave management, and statutory requirements. Conduct audits and ensure proper documentation across all branches. Plan and implement training, development programs, and employee engagement activities. Provide HR analytics, reports, and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience, including payroll management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven experience managing HR operations for multiple locations/branches. Strong knowledge of U.A.E labor laws, and payroll processes. Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-border teams. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRMS/payroll software is mandatory.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
