We are looking for a

dynamic and experienced HR Manager

with strong expertise in

end-to-end HR operations and recruitment

, preferably from the

EdTech or IT services industry

The role involves leading the HR function, managing the full employee lifecycle, and partnering with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring a compliant, engaging, and high-performance work culture.

Desired Skills and Competencies



Proven experience in

HR operations and recruitment

, preferably in EdTech, IT, or service-based companies. Strong understanding of

labor laws

, HR policies, and statutory compliance. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and confidentiality. Proficiency in

HRMS tools, MS Excel, and reporting

.

Qualifications



Education:

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum

5-8 years

in HR and Recruitment, with at least

2-3 years in a managerial role

.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
