Key Responsibilities
Hire and onboard doctors, nurses, and other staff
Handle staff training and performance reviews
Manage payroll and employee benefits
Support doctors' recruitment
Solve employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment
Make sure the hospital follows employment laws and HR policies
Keep employee records and manage HR system.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resource or a related field
Minimum
5 years of HR experience
, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
Good at hiring and improving recruitment methods
Experience in employee training and performance management
Knowledge of employment laws and HR policies
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
