(Kakkanad)to oversee end-to-end HR operations, from recruitment and compliance to engagement and performance management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and play a key role in shaping our people strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and induction.
Handle HR operations -- attendance, payroll coordination, HRIS, and documentation.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, POSH, Shops & Establishment).
Support OKR/KPI-based performance cycles and appraisals.
Plan learning programs and engagement activities.
Manage compensation reviews, benefits, and R&R initiatives.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations and grievances.
Requirements:
Graduate with MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
10-15 years of HR experience, preferably in startups or tech services.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR processes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS, MS Excel, and HR analytics tools.
