Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven

HR Manager

to lead and strengthen our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR operations, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention. Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Supervise payroll, attendance, and performance appraisal systems. Foster a healthy workplace culture and handle employee grievances effectively. Plan and execute employee training, engagement, and development programs. Provide strategic HR support to management for organizational growth.

Qualifications & Skills:



3+ years of proven experience in HR management. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
