Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.
Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Supervise payroll, attendance, and performance appraisal systems.
Foster a healthy workplace culture and handle employee grievances effectively.
Plan and execute employee training, engagement, and development programs.
Provide strategic HR support to management for organizational growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years of proven experience in HR management.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
