About the Opportunity



We are seeking a

dynamic and experienced Human Resources & Operations professional

for one of our trusted business partners -- a well-established organization based in

Baroda (Vadodara), Gujarat

, currently expanding its footprint by setting up a

satellite office in Kochi

.

This position will be the

HR role

in the Kochi office and will oversee all HR functions for both locations --

managing the Kochi team on-site

and

coordinating virtually with the Baroda office

.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in

recruitment, payroll, training & development, employee engagement, and general administration

, with a passion for people development and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Kochi and Baroda teams. Draft JDs, post openings, screen candidates, and schedule interviews. Manage onboarding and induction programs for new employees.

Payroll, HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain and process payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.). Ensure timely HR documentation, attendance, and leave management. Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities in the Kochi office.

Employee Engagement & Development

Conduct employee engagement programs and welfare initiatives. Coordinate training and development programs focusing on soft skills, personality enhancement, and professional growth.

Performance & Communication Management

Support managers in performance evaluation processes. Act as a communication bridge between Kochi and Baroda offices. Resolve employee queries and promote a positive work environment.

Policy & Culture Implementation

Support the rollout of HR policies and ensure adherence across locations. Help foster a collaborative, growth-oriented workplace culture.

Desired Candidate Profile



MBA in

Human Resources

/

HR & Operations

(mandatory). 3-4 years of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Hindi and English

is a strong advantage. Proactive, well-organized, and capable of handling responsibilities independently. Familiarity with HRMS, MS Office, and online recruitment tools.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
