Job Summary:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and ensuring a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational objectives.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Conduct training and development programs for employee growth.
Monitor performance appraisal systems and provide HR metrics to management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Plan employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Support management in organizational planning and restructuring.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
MBA or Master's in Human Resources Management (preferred).
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Preferred Experience:
3-5 years of experience in HR roles, including team handling.
