HR Manager
with over 10 years of experience, preferably in the
electronics industry
. The ideal candidate will specialize in
recruitment and talent acquisition
, driving the company's growth by sourcing and developing top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
Develop innovative hiring plans to attract skilled professionals.
Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Support leadership in manpower planning and workforce development.
Maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
Note:
Not responsible for ESI, PF, or HR software handling.
Focus area: Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Management.
Requirements:
MBA in HR preferred.
Minimum
10 years of HR experience
in a corporate or industrial setup (electronics field preferred).
Strong expertise in
talent acquisition and manpower planning.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
