Job Title/Designation: HR Manager
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in accordance with the institution's goals and objectives.
Overseeing the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, applicant screening, interviewing, and selection. Knowledge in job portals, professional networks, Social media advertisement is mandatory.
Developing and managing employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Oversee performance evaluations, support HR matters like performance management, and ensure compliance with employment laws, providing feedback and coaching to employees when necessary.
Conducting regular training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Managing employee data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR initiatives. Leading or participating in special projects as assigned by senior management.
Manage payroll, statutory compliance in ESI & PF portals. Experience in HRMS like GreytHR or any other software is a added advantage.
Build and process new employee engagement activities align with organizational goals and cost effectively.
